Return and Refund policy
14-day Perfect Fit Guarantee:
We are so sure that you will love our shoes that we offer a 14-day Perfect Fit Guarantee. This allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return:
You can initiate a return through our Return Portal or by clicking the profile icon in the store’s navigation.

Log in to Your Account:
- Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
- Check your email for a message from us containing a six-digit verification code.
- Enter this code on the store's website.

Select Your Order:
- Choose the order you wish to return.

Choose Items to Return:
- If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.

Provide Return Details:
- Select a reason for your return and add any additional notes for our store.

Submit Your Request:
- Click "Submit request."
After your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges: To receive a different item quickly, return the original item, and once approved, place a new order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
